Avathar is a not profit secular social organization poised to develop the poor and marginal people in realization of their dreams. Though India is very rich in culture, social bonding, economic resources and environment resources due to various reasons poverty and disparity in economic situations. Avathar committed to improving the health, education, livelihood, and cultural statuses of poor people in India. Avathar has been working in the state of AP and Telangana states in 122 villages covering 11 mandals of 4 districts in both states.

The Avathar is focusing on poverty alleviation, improved health and nutrition statuses of women and adolescent girls and improved employment opportunities among youth, and improved agriculture and allied services..

The maternal and child health scenario in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana calls for an urgent need of action. We work to aggressively eliminate and prevent women’s problems through system and policy change. Avathar society formulated a strategy for transforming agriculture and allied activities into a viable business.
